Following the announcement of its visionary Neom project, Saudi Arabia is now venturing into the aquatic tourism sector, according to Gulf News.
The Kingdom has revealed plans for AROYA Cruises, the world’s first Arabian luxury cruise line.
AROYA Cruises is designed to celebrate Saudi Arabia’s rich cultural heritage and breathtaking natural wonders.
The fleet’s crown jewel is a 335-meter floating resort, boasting 1,678 cabins that include sea-facing balconies and lavish suites and villas.
This impressive vessel can accommodate over 3,362 passengers and offers 20 entertainment venues spanning 18 decks. Guests can enjoy shopping at AROYA’s exclusive stores, watch performances in the 1,018-seat theater, and enjoy shows and movies tailored for children.
For those seeking a more exclusive experience, AROYA offers a VIP package featuring larger, premium suites, outdoor lounges, and exceptional dining options.
The inaugural AROYA cruise will set sail in the Red Sea in December 2024, visiting private islands and destinations in Egypt and Jordan.
Bookings are now open on the official website, which proclaims: “As the first Arabian cruise line, AROYA Cruises is proud to lead the way with its authentic Arabian experience offered to guests at sea and on land.”
